It's day, what, 27? I am not close at all to reaching my goal. However, if I write at least 5k a day I should be able to win. Let's see if I can do it.

Day 30. I know that I'm not going to reach my goal of 40k -- I've accepted it. However, I'm not going to give up. Now I want to see how many words I can write in the next two days. It'll be like my own little mini NaNo challenge.

Day 31. How did the month go by so quickly?? I managed to get more than half of my goal done, which is more than I thought I would get. The good part is I'm so in love with this story that I'll continue it even though this is over. Of course now it goes into the small pile of WIP novels I have so we'll see how much love it'll really get :3
All in all, camp was fun. I used this month more of a distraction from the novel I just recently finished so I wouldn't obsess over things before starting editing. The distraction worked. It was fun.
