Basically, my body is totally dead, nutrition-wise. I eat well (although not as often as I probably should because I am so busy) and I'm fairly active with studying and traveling across campus. But stress and anxiety are controlling my life and no matter what I do I feel dead on my feet and malnourished. I've always had an uber fast metabolism and have been borderline underweight, and experience with mild anorexia in the past.
After seeing a doctor, they confirmed to me that I was anemic, as well as deficient in a lot of other areas. They prescribed me with a list of vitamin supplements, including lots of B, D, fish oil, and another multivitamin. Along with other pills I am taking, I can't take another supplement for iron to help the anemia. Occasionally, standing up makes me a tad dizzy. I have a few other health concerns that I won't go into right now, but they also bring me down.
To boost myself up, I've been trying to eat more food but I feel like I am stuffing myself and can't get it down. Besides that and the vitamins, I don't know what else I can do.
I guess my question is, has anyone else had this kind of problem, where they feel stuck? Is there anything in your experience that has helped you feel healthier/have more energy? Advice is appreciated!
