It just so happens that I'm writing a fan fiction with insanity as a huge theme. To put it simply, one of the main characters was a child soldier for 5-6 years, trained personally by her dad, and in the process of her vigilante career, loses her dad, went insane and started going on a killing spree, kills her adoptive father in a fit of DID insanity, and was finally subdued by a friend and 'Godbrother'. And the novel begins only after she was locked up in a psychiatry institute, because its a sequel. Let's just say the insanity's just beginning
