It just so happens that I'm writing a fan fiction with insanity as a huge theme. To put it simply, one of the main characters was a child soldier for 5-6 years, trained personally by her dad, and in the process of her vigilante career, loses her dad, went insane and started going on a killing spree, kills her adoptive father in a fit of DID insanity, and was finally subdued by a friend and 'Godbrother'. And the novel begins only after she was locked up in a psychiatry institute, because its a sequel. Let's just say the insanity's just beginning :)

"they made me think I was crazy, but there was actually a man living in my ear" thats the beginning of a short story I did, wondering if I should post the whole thing

I have a character that is absolutely insane. She had an awful childhood, actually wanted to die and tried to commit suicide and ended up just getting really REALLY sick (she took a bunch of pills) and now believes that she can't die (at the moment.). She thinks nice people deserve to die but she feels that that's a good thing, that she's being kind to them by killing them. She feels she can only die until she kills enough nice people. She attack hugs people while stabbing them in the back.

    I have issues.

That sounds amazing. I want to read that...

Ok. But it's made by multiple people, in basically a storybook not on YWS.

    You took a test?

    deleted17 replied · Oct 13, 2013

    No. ^_^

    Neither have I. ^-^

then .. tell me how has it even been proved ;)

    deleted17 replied · Oct 18, 2013

Well...It all started when I was whiting out. Then the fact that I don't know what happened at times, and the fact that every time I see, hear, or read the word 'love' I want to puke. So I'm crazy. That's the proof.

I'm writing a really disturbing poem about corruption. Wondering if I should publish it...

I once wrote a story in which one of my characters confronted me about the rather awful life I had written for her...it was oddly fun to write, and made me think just how terrifying it would be if I actually did meet my dear sweet mentally traumatized psychopathic heroine.

Have any of you ever written something like that? :)

    Sonder replied · Aug 3, 2013

Nooo but that sounds amazing! Can I read it? I should do that...

    Payne replied · Aug 3, 2013

Mmm, I'll let you know when I post it! :)

    deleted17 replied · Aug 4, 2013

Yes, on numerous occasions. They all eventually end up hating me anyways, on the account if me always having one of the character relatives/friend/pet die. Plus they always call me 'Creator'.

I would like to read some of those stories. :D

My muse is a stout one-eyed man with a bad case of gingivitis that trembles in my closet while mumbling things about carrots, and when I have the notion to write it scurries out on its hands and ankles and makes gurgling sounds. When it reaches me it tries to make words out of these noises, most of the time coating my hand with a fine layer of saliva, and after finally uttering one word he hisses and scampers back, most of the time growling at my dogs when he passes them.

    What about you guys?

    deleted17 replied · Aug 3, 2013

    what?

    Sonder replied · Aug 3, 2013

I have a chicken who does that too!!! O.O Creepy...

    deleted17 replied · Aug 3, 2013

My muse is what ever the heck I think is awesome. (That DOESN'T include JB)

    Payne replied · Aug 3, 2013

Your muse sounds equal parts awesome and terrifying, @crazycraz! :D Just as a muse should be.

Mine seems to live in the shower (in the shampoo bottle, I'm suspecting). It is invisible, but it will suddenly hit me over the head with inspiration, and is often responsible for breaking through thick plot barriers. Several of my more bizarre plots have occurred to me in the shower...

My muse lives in my ceiling and jumps out at me just as I'm about to fall asleep... Anyone else have that problem?

    Dragonette replied · Oct 12, 2013

YES. Yes to all of this

  • Payne replied · Aug 3, 2013

    Do tell!

    deleted17 replied · Jul 28, 2013

In a nutshell: She dies, comes back, defeats the enemy, and her friend dies...though I'm not sure if I want to do this to her...

    Sonder replied · Aug 3, 2013

    Do it!
