    Shadowlight replied · Sep 2, 2011

Wow! I live in on the USA east coast. I have friends who live in England, some in London and one in Kent.Welcome to the club!

    Blues replied · Sep 2, 2011

Thanks! :) I live in London actually (my location is "London, where sunshine is unheard of and rioting is the norm") :)

    EnchantedPanda replied · Sep 2, 2011

I am English! I was born there and have lived there for half of my life, but I live in New Zealand now, my family has been trvalling between the two countries for some time and now we have settled down. Although I love new zealand I still really miss England

    LookUpThere replied · Sep 2, 2011

    Interesting username, Ahmadblues :)

    Blues replied · Sep 3, 2011

:O I've seen New Zealand in these travel programs about people unsure whether to move to somewhere else in England or go to New Zealand. It looked amazing! The flights must be a pain though. I heard that Australia was 24 hours flight, so how much is New Zealand? Thanks, New Hero! I came up with it four years ago. It was random, but I was trying to get rid of all the junk mail that my old usernames gave me :) Call me Mac. That's what everyone does :)

    EnchantedPanda replied · Sep 4, 2011

Yes the flights are so long, I get air sickness as well during really long flights which makes it even worse... It takes up to 34 hours of being in the planes without including stops so you get some major jetlag at the end of a flight!

there is another club with exactly the same title but it only has one follower, why does everyone make 5 Harry Potter clubs and 5 Glee clubs when there is only need for one? I just don't understand it...

    xMidnightWriterx replied · Jul 24, 2011

Hehe, it's a bit silly isn't it? At least there is only 2 of this club so far! :)

    EnchantedPanda replied · Jul 24, 2011

Yeah and the fact that this club has ten followers and the other has only one, well at least last time I checked it was like that. Also as you brought up there is only two of this club rather than five or six! :D

Welocme to the group! I'm glad that this group is getting lots of people joining from different parts. I'm from England myself and my geography is so poor it's nice to know about different places :D

Ok somebody (TheNewHero) wants to start talking about sprots so i'll make a discussion and you and your sporty minds can run wild.

    LookUpThere replied · Jul 16, 2011

Biggest sports over here are soccer (at which we're awful), Cricket and Rugby. The Rugby world cup is coming up soon and I'm sure some passionate All Blacks will want to spam the walls.

    Shadowlight replied · Jul 16, 2011

I know I'm going to sound like a complete moron but Cricket is sort of like American baseball right? (in principle?)

    Jade1218THGfan replied · Jul 16, 2011

I know a few kids who play cricket over here. i've heard of Rugby but I can't remember what it is like??

    Jade1218THGfan replied · Jul 16, 2011

Shadow I think you are right if I can remember what I know about it.

    xMidnightWriterx replied · Jul 17, 2011

Cricket is a major sport in England but i think it only shares a few similarities with baseball. I'm not sure because I pay no attention to it what so ever but I think it's only the layout that are the biggest differences between the two :)

    EnchantedPanda replied · Jul 21, 2011

Rugby, soccer and cricket are big where I'm from!

  • Shadowlight replied · Jul 16, 2011

    LookUpThere replied · Jul 16, 2011

Well. Most I can say is it's strangely cold and hot here... but mostly cold. And no snow (it snowed for a few hours once... and that's it. Probably not gonna snow for the rest of the year.)

    EnchantedPanda replied · Jul 20, 2011

Hi people! I'm from New Zealand. Do you know where that is? A lot of people don't know where New Zealand is, especially people from the Northern hemisphere, unless you love "Lord Of The Rings". :D

    Jade1218THGfan replied · Jul 13, 2011
