I put water on the stove, and just when it's getting warm, put in the leaves. I leave it until it begins to boil, then bring it down to a simmer for a couple of minutes. This makes the tea intensely strong and black. One sugar cube is added, and a slice of lemon if I'm feeling fancy.
On occasion I do use tea bags, but don't enjoy them as much.
How do you take your tea?

I put water on the stove, wait for it to get to a roiling boil, put the leaves on, and turn of the stove. Then once the water has cooled I take the tea bags out. I add lemon and sugar (different amounts for different amounts of tea), then put in the fridge to cool. Then I drink it as iced tea!

I agree, tea bags don't compare. I have to travel a bit to reach the nearest shop that imports and sells good loose leaf tea, however. I rarely sweeten my tea, but lemon or milk are nice twists.

I boil my water first then pour it into my pot and THEN add the leaves.
(I hear if you pour water on your tea it will burn it )
I drink herbal fruit teas, I never add anything, except honey to mint tea, that I do. -
I love to add half and half (cream and milk). I love that sweet milky texture with my tea. Too little and it seems to watery to me.

I put in lots of sugar and lots of milk. By the way, I like my tea like I like my men, hot, dark, sweet, and British

I put lots of sugar and milk in my tea ^_^
...
So much so that it can't really be called tea anymore :/ -
I use tea bags, since our house don't have any tea brewing pots...

Is it weird that I use one of those personal coffee makers for tea? I keep it in my room, since everyone else is doing things downstairs. I guess that would kind of be like pouring hot water right over the tea done lazy-style. Though I do sometimes use tea bags since I don't have any tea pots.
But! I do make sun tea every now and then.
My tea drinking is a private affair lol
I don't add any sweeteners to mine either. I prefer it... unsweetened I guess? Raw? Untouched? Something to that extent anyway. -
My loose-or-bag usage depends on what kind of tea I'm in the mood for. I don't have all of my teas in loose leaf (It's expensive!!).
I usually put leaves in a strainer and pour water over them. Does this burn them?
I only put milk in if it's black, but I like almost all of my teas lightly sweetened
-
I buy it :3
Mostly because I just like bubble tea and I don't have tapioca pearls lying around. -
I put one spoonful of honey in and dip ginger snaps in the tea.
-
I use a Kurieg and either use a k-cup or a tea bag. I add honey and stevia ( sometimes sugar) and enjoy.
Note: coffee bean does not go in tea, trust me
