This is just a thought because of the range of mentors we have on here and how many of them do not have buddies. Should we allow mentors to tutor other mentors? Like if mentors see a mentor they feel they can learn from have them take like a crash course, maybe a week, to be tutored by the mentor in the task? Maybe depending on the task it could very depending on the wills of the mentors?
This could give us a better bond as mentors and understanding of what our mentees are going through when they come under a mentor. Also it would give mentors who don't have anyone to tutor something to do. -

@Aley - Mentors mentoring a mentor? Well, that could happen if needed, though I'm not sure of any mentors who want to be mentored. If they need help, they should always PM either Rydia or myself, mainly the higher-ups.
Being a mentor is simple. Review their works, give advice if needed, be a friend to them, and answer questions. It's not really that hard, but if anyone ever has any questions, please PM me. Don't be embarrassed, I will not judge you, I'm only here to help.

I only recently became a mentor but I am ready to help out. Sadly I am shy and am having a hard time at obtaining a mentee, so I am currently free!
