In my creative writing class today, my lecturer taught us about surrealist poetry.
I've really started to enjoy this genre. I hope you like my first go at it.

There'll be no more weather.
Make shelter in summer,
nothing's safe anymore,
there'll be no more weather.
Where the clouds depart with leisure,
and life comes to it's crux
under curtains of pouring light.
The window is broken,
shattered open by silvered hands,
there'll be no more weather.
Better late than never,
you could wait forever
To triumph-
darling...
