This is extremely short and repetitive. You need to lenghthen it and add more substance. Every song has a reason why it was written, normally to express emotion. Get more descriptive. This might be good for a chorus, but it's not considered a song. where were you trying to go with this? I would suggest adding verses to lenghthen it and get some different thoughts and expressions in there.

Happy editing!

You also could've posted it as a draft.

It doesn't have much to say about it SIC.

Er....as this stands I don't think you can really call this a song. The first verse is a bit generic and repetitive and the rest is non-existent.

If you want opinions on that you are probably better off posting in your blog or something.

Let me know if you post the whole song - I will be happy to help you then.

All the best,

Remember when dad's shoulders were the highest place on earth and your mom was your hero? Race issues were about who ran the fastest, war was only a car game. The most pain you felt was when you skinned your knees, and good byes only meant tomorrow? And we couldn't wait to grow up.
