Morning has suckéd,
like the first morning.
Daytime has blown hard,
like the first day.
Some say it’s apathy,
say that it’s unhealthy.
I say fuck them, ‘cause
I’m better than they.

Somebody needs coffee.
And to know that all morning's suck
Especially Monday Mornings.

I love how you took a traditional way of writing and put contemporary words to it. Very neat.

It is kind of nifty. All teenagers are like that sometimes. A lot of us in res don't even get out of bed until half an hour before class starts

*twitch* I caught that too Misty. Hahaha! It's good though, I like it. Athough I think it is a bit too short. It just doesn't seem... right to me. Oh well, it's your poem.

It really can't be longer, because there's a song that this is a deviation of. Morning has broken, like the first morning, daytime is dawning, like the first day....yadda yadda yadda, then it may talk about God's love or something. I just remembered the tune and a few of the words.

OMG! thats brilliant! hahaha! thats a cool song though, one of my favorites coincedentally.... you should do something with the rest of the verses then to make it longer. just a suggestion.

I completely agree with you on the poem. I say fuck 'em too, mornings do suck, especially tuesday mornings. mondays suck cause it's the firs tof the week after two days or relaxation, but tuesdays are even worse, cause in the back of your head is, "Well, yesterday was one day, today is another, and tomorrow, and the day after that, and the day after that..."

Well, I can always count on you to say exactly what you feel. I like that.
