*Forgive the cheesy, cliched parts, I wrote this during the wee hours of morning, and I don't know, it just came out like this and I couldn't stop adding more. Any comment would be appreciated.
Youth Love Nation
Those ornery heads who cling,
To familiar tradition.
Those obscure minds who enjoy,
A vast modernization.
All histories caught within,
A meaningless aggression.
Always under pressure with,
Enormous desperation.
Unable to find this life’s,
Relevant motivation.
Craving some significance,
To bring the world salvation.
Another mad player in,
This furious generation.
Blind to blissful miracles,
And mundane scintillation.
Looking for an adventure,
For a wild situation,
For a novel existence,
Beyond mere obligation.
In the end, needing rescue,
Left with unanswered questions.
Cheap thrills always fall so short,
Mindless suspense and action.
Shirking infinite duties,
For some new revelations.
Inhaling easy vices,
No time for a confession.
Back to complacency and,
Subjective absolution.
Ennui is an excuse,
For this new youth’s stagnation.
Seek for more, still always more,
More than vapid perfection.
Tried trying trials, searching,
Elusive resolutions.
Only love, only pure love,
Without discrimination.
Only goodness, true goodness,
For world-wide revolution.
A heartfelt discovery,
An honest deviation,
A side-step from big brother,
A new kind of rebellion,
Cradling the untouchables,
A profound mass connection,
Only impossible things,
Are meant for adoration.
Let dormant lies awaken,
Those bland imaginations.
Write some fairy tale endings,
Discard all explanations.
Free all possibilities.
Build new civilizations.
Revel in every nuisance,
In every satisfaction.
Embrace all them odd epics,
And savor all those nations.
