I've recently found a music album that really inspires me to write. I was wondering if it was okay to use the song titles as chapter names. The story doesn't revolve around the lyrics to the song, it's just the names that inspired me. Would I get copyright issues with this? Would I have to ask the song writer's permission?

Go to Writer's Digest (their site- www.writersdigest.com) and look at the blogs. There's a Q and A blog by a guy whose first name is Brian...I think someone had questions concerning this too. But if there isn't, then you can ask him and he replies by email.
