I simply believe we should apologize straight-forward and simply, stating that we're sorry, we regret our actions, and it won't happen again. But Patton and Roman insist on "buttering it up", per say, practically begging for forgiveness, and Virgil doesn't want to apologize in general, saying that "they probably hate us now".

Well I think we should tell Thomas that our way will be the best course of action. Of course, we'll have to provide a convincing argument... And for some ungodly reason, Thomas and everyone else value my personal input, so if I back you, that in itself will strengthen your argument.
Ok, so I recently finished this rp where character 1 is a sailor who got pushed off a ship by their captain. But character 2 is a lonely siren who rescues the sailor and brings them to an abandoned island. Things progress from there.
