Emile shook his head softly. Coffee alone wasn’t enough to help him out, especially not after such a traumatic event.

"...I'm not great at comfort, but I'll give you a hug and we can talk for a bit. M'kay?"

“...o-okay...”

And just like that, he latched onto Sleep, holding onto him tightly.

Sleep hugged back.

"...You wanna talk about it, or just sit in silence?"

Emile took a shaky deep breath, before explaining the whole ordeal in more detail. It caused him to c•y a bit more, but it also released a bit of stress.

Sleep listened to every word and held Emile close.

"I'm here for you, it's ok... let it out if you need to, girl, just let it all out... I'll be here for you every day if that's what you need."

Emile buried his face in Sleep's chest, letting it all out. He wasn't sure how he'd gotten here, s•bbing in the arms of practically a stranger, but it was 10x better than being alone.

"I gotcha... you're safe babe, don't worry."

(this is where it starts to be a little iffy for me... Mainly because Remus wants "to check if (my) trait is still working". ...Meaning he's being a jerk and trying to do everything to make me upset. ...Hey, how do you not have any of these problems?)

(Probably cuz I'm a dark side... tell him I'm coming over to blast his face off. Or, and don't tell him this, I could make him forget about bugging you, at least for a while? It's ok, the rp starts to get fluffier)

Emile took in Sleep's comfort and care. It, after a while, caused him to slowly calm down. He sipped the coffee again.

"Thank you..."

(I can read, Ignorance. I may have not gone to school for that long, but I know how to read!)

(Be nice, Remus. no fighting.)

"It's not a problem... Hey, you like that coffee? It's a specialty flavour from Starbucks"

(Nah I just didn't feel like saying Aries)

"Glad you like it, you can keep it." he smiled softly.

"Oh, really? Thank you..!"

He didn't understand how special that was at the time, but he would someday. And then, he finally smiled. The first bright, warm Picani smile that Sleep had ever seen.

Sleep smiled back, his eyes sparkling behind his sunglasses. He also felt little butterflies in his stomach, but disregarded it.
