uhhh so Luther's been around for longer than most of the figments. So he's seen more than one split in his lifetime, 3 to be exact. The first time, he survived, but the emotional pain was a lot of him. That only lasted for a week. The second time, he didn't survive, and was out for about 3-4 years. The third time, the split Emile and Judex got caught in, he survived again, but knew the pain would be unbearable. So he fled, and didn't come back until paguiaycta. I guess we start from after the second split? Where the king finds him?

Well, their corpses wouldn't really be there, I feel like they'd just vanish or break apart or something. What if he found his cape though, that could get angsty, and I'm not opposed to that-

After two splits, the King was formed. He aimed to be courageous and chivalrous, kind and brave, and, most importantly, he aimed to help his kingdom be at his best. One day, he found Luther.

At the time, Luther wasn’t a knight. But he still trained the best he could. He absolutely loved the idea of taking on a scary beast and saving the day. So here he was, training in the castle’s training grounds. At least until the king noticed him. He gasped.

“O-Oh my- I-I’m so sorry, your majesty! I didn’t- I was just-“

The King smiled softly.

"You have beautiful form. Have you ever considered being a knight or a swordsman?"

Luther blinked, looking up at the King. (Should we just call him by his name..?)

"...I-I... I just- like to train, to the best of my ability... yes, I have thought that would be nice..."

(Uh... sure)

He held out his arm for Luther's.

"Well come along then."

The bigger the issue, the smaller you write. Remember that. You don’t write about the horrors of war. No. You write about a kid’s burnt socks lying on the road. You pick the smallest manageable part of the big thing, and you work off the resonance.
