So.... I got reeeally bored. I just listened to a rap song, while watching the music video, and was vividly reminded of a saying of my ex-math teacher: "RAP: Retards Attempting Poetry". Now, some people might find this post offensive, but I'm not here to diss rap in general, in fact, I think there are great rappers out there (for example Eminem). This is mostly centered on the wanna-be rapping based all around flaunting money and doing explicit things with beautiful women.

Without further ado, my humble take on rap lyrics. (Imagine a quick beat behind)

Retards attempting poetry...how accurate. I'm not much for things that use language but this was actually really good because it was true. Most rap is nothing more than some guy who's on drugs trying to rhyme and ending up giving us unnecessary details but the night before. Most of it is terrible and I hate it, but this was good

i liked it(: even if it was just for a laugh i though it was very composed. if you took it seriously, I think you could write a true worthy rap song. just focus on more of a optional topic that could lead to more analogies and metophors, etc. and you'll be good to go.
