Hi! I've seen your anime drawing as well. I feel that you can improve if you do things seperately. If you're planning on doing more of anime drawings, then I'd suggest that you try drawing the eyes, face, hair, step by step.
You can practice the eyes first. Then try drawing the face. After you've done that, you can draw the hair. I've posted a link here. You can see the videos of Mark Crilley on youtube. They're pretty good. And I always learn new ways of drawing anime characters. (Different types of eyes, hair style, how to shade. It's got everything)
Anyway, keep drawing. You're already getting the hang of it. The face is pretty cute I can say. You don't have to draw so many wrinkles in the shirt. Start with only a few on places where there are folds and where the hand's gripping the arm. I noticed you've drawn the knuckle pretty well. :)
You should darken the hair a bit. Make clear lines so that the strands are visible.
I hope this helped.

Well like I said when I showed me before its not a bad start. Just need to fix the collar a bit.
Also like the other guy said, try a bit of different shading

Just think happy thoughts and you'll fly.
