Storm

It's cute but you are waaay too rough with your pencil strokes.
I know it's ment to be a storm but clear cut lines make it brilliant.
Also try using different materials when drawing
The lines on the lightning bolt. Too uneven also.

Keep trying and you'll get there but good start.

The Art:

Use some stronger lines, as Pages said! I feel that the background is a bit shabby, also. I'd rather have no background at all.

The Idea:

This isn't much. This is basically a bunch of lightning bolts stuck in a normal, gray, puffy cloud.
And what's so special about that?
If you decide to draw something like a cloud and some lightning bolts to show a storm, be creative. As I said before, use different textures. Colors. Try to capture a storm in a more unique way. What's your take on a storm? Ask yourself questions.

Nice job. This looks good if it were for something like comic book art because of the style and extremeness of it. =D

If you were trying to go for a more serious look and drawing, then you wouldn't want it to be as extreme as this, but like I said, cartoon or comic art.

R.O.C. reporting for duty! I know I may be sounding a bit mean right now but how old were you when you drew this? I mean it's cute and all but it just seems a bit childish. I've reviewed one of your other drawings which I thought was amazing but this was a bit odd for my liking. Yes, your pencil stokes are a but to harsh; everything also seems to be way out of proportion. But I like the choice of colours though...
