If it was, congratulations. It's very nicely drew! I just wish the photo was taken closer so that we could ll see the details. :\ One thing that I notice it's not very good it's her left eyes, which seems closed and blurry. I'm not sure actually but it does. The other eye is a bit small and it's to up i her face. I recommend you for the next time to make the eye bigger and more centred in the image. The lips are just incredible. The glow you added to the them just gives a much professional look! I do think the shading is nice but that kind of triangle that's right next to the nose in her tight side of the face, that connects the eye to the nose and the mouth is awkward. Except for that, the work is incredible and you have a great talent. Therefore, keep working on!
Hi there! I'm figuring the lady's what you drew. Besides what Shauni said, I'd like to point out to the hair, where there seems to be an 'A' which is very distracting and doesn't fit with the image. I really can't make out her left eye though. And defiitely, I love the lips. They look really good. And the shading is really good too. Another thing is her neck, basically the right side. I guess you've tried to show hair partly coming to the front, but it looks like her neck is slightly bulging at the top right part of the neck. Keep drawing!

The problem here is the picture you took of your picture itself. We can't really see it very well making it harder to give you the complete feedback you deserve to have. Though I must admit it is quite a nice picture from here.
Try to get a closer more focused shot. Or! More simply scan it! (If you have a scanner) That way we can see your beautiful work up close.
By the way: As Lava said. The "A" is slightly distracting. Is it on purpose? If so I suggest you change it by maybe splitting up the light reflection in the "A" shape.

Interesting. Hmmm... I think I like the obscurity of the picture because you do not see stuff like it every day. It is unique. I like the angle you took it at. I also love the bag with the girl on it. She just pops out to me. Maybe it is her hair, i dont know, i just like her. great job!
