OK here he is.....

DO NOT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT THE FISTS OR THE SCARF!!!!! I know that they are totally out of proportion and are weird shapes.....
hopefully this isn't as big as the last one I put on here.....

Hey!
For a start, well done! This looks really good. As you have pointed out, the scarf and the fists are out of proportion. This is good as you can recognise your mistakes.
I love Kenji's hair. It looks really good. I also love his eyes. That colour is beautiful!
Maybe you could define your shading a bit more, i.e, having more dark and light areas, but apart from that, this is excellent.

Bonnie! The scanner took away Kenji's lovely colours! :( But he's still pretty xD
Excellent job on how you molded the scarf around Kenji's face, it looks very realistic.
His eyes are so pretty! *steals them*
I also agree with Ick that his hair is awesome. :P

Great work, give me moar! :P

Wow, Bonnie! This is excellent!

I love the wrinkles in his clothes, though I have to say that they are too vertical. I'd throw a few vertical wrinkles in there to balance that out a little, but not a lot.

I love the scarf, actually! It's a bit big, but that gives it a pretty comic touch to it, which is rather nice. :) I like it a lot. You also did a really nice job on his eyes.

Good work, Bonnie, keep it up! I would love to see more of your work. ;)

First off, your right about the hands being out of proportion but not so much with the scarf. The disproportion in the scarf gives it a very over dramatized, humorous appearance.

springrain made a good point about the vertical lines. Fewer lines will make stronger impact then lots of lines, which will distract and clutter the image.

The face mask is great to because it fits so well around the face, but doesn't seem to be an actual part of the face. Very good.

Lastly, I have to say that the hair is possibly my favorite part here. It has a very skunkish look to it (in a good way, I promise) and it seems to have an actual sheen in it. Awesome.

Any questions, PM me.

Not bad.

But I can't help but give you some tips to help you with your little proportion issues...

1. For clothes, model them yourself. In other words, look at them when you wear them. Pose in a mirror whatever pose you're trying for, and draw it how you see it.

2. Hands are hard. I fight with them every time I draw a person. But think about it this way: hands, when you have the fingers stretched out as far as possible, are the same size as your face. Keeping this in mind will help a lot.

Other than that, I can see Kenji a lot better. I can actually imagine him in the storybook better, all thanks to this pic. Hmm...I'll have to do one of Karana, just for the heck of it.

But good job. REALLY good job.

Oh! And if you want to practice, you can always go to my deviantart page, http://www.ayumigosu17.deviantart.com/, and try to re-draw some of my pieces, if you want to. That's what I do for my little 9-year-old cousin. :?

Hey Bonnie!
Well done for starters. I cannot draw anime/manga at all...i would love to put it doesn't come naturally to me at all...(epic fail)...

Well, you can draw it **envy-glare**

First of, the positives-
1. The eyes are gorgeous. I love the colour, it really sets Kenji off and adds to his handsomeness.
2. Hair is stunning. I love the little highlight streak, it really sets it off.
3. Comical scarf actually looks good on Kenji. I don't know what it is, but it looks pretty good on him, almost like it should be there
4. Flowing clothes in typical anime/manga style. They suit Kenji, and look good.
5. Well drawn and shaded skin/face. The skin is a good colour for Kenji and he can carry it off. The shading on the face is excellent too.

The negatives-
1. I really cant see any. Maybe if you added a little more depth to your shading, the scanner must have removed some of it :(, but to be fair, that is just nit picking a perfectly good piece of art.

It was excellent Bonnie.
Well done, can't wait until i see more of your work!

I still love Kenji.
He's amazing. You know about his hands and stuff already... but his hair is awsome!

Amazing! Its neat and beautiful. I am loving the green shade you used. Also, the thing covering his face is looking so damn stylish and unique. Loved it!

Hey bonnie! I know you said not to comment on the fists (they're so little! :)) or the scarf (which sort of reminds me of one of those collars you put on dogs to keep them from biting themselves...) so I won't. I'm not a big fan of the shade of green that you picked out, because it looks a little sickly, but I do like the hair a lot. So shiny!

Thanks for posting. :D
