We were watching Holes in my Lang/Lit class today, which I've got memorized word for word; I've seen it so many times. So it resulted in doodling, and probably one of my best doodles ever. :P Sorry it's so small. My scanner's being strange. I had to paint over my last name for safety reasons, but ignore that.

xDD I love it! "Holla' at 'cha boy!" I think you might have gone a little over board with the wrinkles in her skirt though... But other than that it's awesome!

This is good! I like the wistful look on her face.
And you're right, she does look slightly Asian. It's all to do with the eyes when it comes to drawing different cultures. I like the way you've drawn her hair blowing about slightly to her right in the wind. The only thing I have to say is her right arm (our right, her left ) looks a bit weird. I mean. If one imagined they could see the whole of the back of the arm, it would look a tad disfigured, Just a tip, but even if you're drawing something that's hidden you should sketch it through slightly so it looks right [and then rub out the unwanted lines with the ol' trusty eraser ] And the way her hand is gripping her arm.. Well, it doesn't. Maybe, when doing something similar to this, you could add a bit more depth to the hand in this pose.
Good job.
It's amazing what a lesson can inspire isn't it? I do likewise, but being in my last year means I don't get much in the way of doodles. The teachers all watch us like hawks! :)

Doodles are so fun. xD

Aw, she's so purty! I love her hair, but might there be a few wisps blowing into her face? And I'm thinking... if the skirt is blowing that much shouldn't the left side be plastered (for lack of a better word) against her leg?
Oh, and yes, she does look a bit Asian. :)

Wow, you can't call that doodling, it's real sketchy art to me!

The hair is awesome, awesome awesome!

The face is so pretty and the eyes and nose are proportionate!

The scribblings all around adds a cool tinge to your drawing.

Yay! to Language class for Inspiring!

Wow, I love doodles in general because they're fun and easy going ah. This is fantastic. You did an awesome job. I love all the words surrounding this girl. I know they have nothing to do with her but it just makes it more... fun. I love to doodle but i dont think doddling in a boring would get as far as this. You did an awesome job, but i think (only if you want to fix it aha if not then that's ok too) That the skirt needs to be adjusted the wrinkles i'm guessing are just to much.

Awesome job and have a great day

Ok review time!

First of all the thing that stuck out to me was the fact that you can see her arm through her body. It's as if she were transparent.

Second her knees look a little stiff. It probly don't matter in this, but still she needs like a knee bone or something.

Third, her skirt should hug her leg on one side if it is blowing that hard. Also I think you got carried away with the lines in her skirt.

Ok, now her hair. I think that it is gorgeous, but if it is blowing that much you need it to blow out on both sides. It is blowing on one side, and it just doesn't look right to me.

Haha I sound mean, but I just need to review something. I really do like this alot. When I first looked at it I was like, that's so beautiful! Anyway keep up the doodling haha.

My reality comes to a close as I once again realize that you don't love me, and even if I love you with my everything you will never care.

One word: AWSOME (Notice how I used bold and italic, thats how awsome it is! :P) She does look asian! And you call that doodlein?! That's drawing. I say this because when I sketch there stick figures and one foot is larger then the other. :D

Keep it up!
