Okay, so the dragon's anatomy seems awkward. i think you should give it the standard four legs instead of six, so then the proportions will be a little less... odd?
Your ocean looks like a bunch of scribbles, which isn't too bad, because you said that you just drew it with pen. But I dunno, it kind of threw me off. Maybe if you added color, it'd be better.
I absolutely adored your ship. It looks so beautiful and real that it just takes my breath away.
