This one isn't all that great, but I still like the whole meaning of it.

And sorry for the lines, but I never have any blank paper when I want to draw :(

Nice... it's better than what I can do.

1: Remember that people wear clothes, they don't tattoo clothes For example...his shirt is connected to his arms. Clothing is loose (well, most the time) so make sure it pops out at least a bit.

He also has no elbows? What is on his back?

Of course, I must suggest shading but for a "doodle" I suppose the shading would not come into play :]

2: If the arrow is making the heart bleed, then it needs to be in the heart. Right now it's just infront of it. The tip should be missing or at least partially missing, if that makes sense. I'm not really sure what's going on here though? Because the heart is already split..?
