House of 9 (Not started, Accepting)

The night is dark, the day is bright, and the ghosts lurk in the shadows. Maybe it's not ghosts lurking in the shadows... It's a dark night in May, the air is cool, and you're alone, just getting off work. You remember walking by the park then someone grabbing you. You put up a fight, but none of that matters, everything goes black. Nothing more. You wake up in a house, huge, with no windows that lead to the outside. There's one, grand door made of metal and it's barred—you can't get out, there's no way. Upon further investigation, you discover eight other people in the house with you, all in different places of the house. Nobody knows anything, nobody knows anyone, and nobody knows why there here. You search the house, and the only thing you can find is a small TV with a tape in it. You play the tape for everyone to see. It shows a man in a skull mask who speaks. Merely this and nothing more. Hello everyone. By now, you’re scared. If I were you, I’d be scared too. You’re here for my enjoyment and my enjoyment alone. Try not to think about this as punishment to you for the things you’ve done. Cameras and microphones are placed throughout the house, but don’t look for them, you won’t find them. If you’re worried about your friends missing you, or someone looking for you, this is government testing, no one will find you. Let’s just say you’re rats, and this is the lab. This house is made of metal; all of the windows barred and concreted up, you may never see the sun again. The house is placed far away from any human interaction, yelling gets you nowhere. There will be one winner, one surviver, and the only way to get out, is to stay alive. The winner will get a cash reward of five million dollars. It’s up to you who who leaves. Good luck. No one knows anyone else, but they all have one thing in common. You’ve all committed a crime, a murder. You’ve been to prison, and you’re all on parole. Secrets must be kept, and lies must be told. Murder must be committed, and truth must be buried. Blood will be shed. Everyone had a band around their ankles. Loneliness will kill. If you get further than seven yards away from each other, there will be sex volts of electricity pass through the bands into your body. Get shocked so many times, and you’ll die. The house is huge, with what seems like hundreds of rooms. There are seven bedrooms, two dining rooms, three kitchens, four bathrooms, three libraries, a gathering room (living room), a party room with a full liquor cabinet, but no key, and a basement far below ground. The house has three levels, but only half of the rooms are unlocked. The keys come later. A small amount of food is given through a small opening on the grand door, where it is passed into a small chamber for the others to open. At first the portions are much, but, the longer you are there, the smaller they get until you are forced to starve to death. The keys are passed through the same chamber in the food. Whoever finds it, the key is theirs. They aren’t labeled to which door, finding them is up to you, and there are hundreds of doors. The entire top floor if locked, so good luck there. The keys are given every now and then, and everyone is worried about getting the key, meaning the room is theirs (another place for them to hide when the murder starts). Everyone’s file is on the table in the dining room for everyone to see. Pictures of the ones murdered there, family members, past jobs, their whole life records open for all to see. But they're new, so they may have pity on some of the people) Why they wanted to be part of this program:(Remember, you're all new, and you've never done anything like this at all. You may be slightly afraid of some of the things that happen. Backstory: Fear: (They're new, thus they're scared of something) Other: Rules: 1. Love will happen, but please, don't go to detailed with it. 2. Any murdering is going to be detailed, but please, don't make it too gorey. 3. This is like real life stuff, no powers or physicic abilities please. 4. I don't care to much on how big the posts are, but no one liners. At least 200 characters please. 5. Try to stay in character for your character as well as others. Don't make someone's character do something they wouldn't do--it starts too much when you don't have permission. 6.
