Honestly, he'd probably go with his first instinct: calling for his mother.

Realizing that Ma can't really do much about it, Ace would then proceed to pull a gun on said ninjas, insult their pathetic mothers, and off them. Because he's just too cool for karate. Maybe if the ninjas were also too cool for karate, they'd have survived.
