I guess I escape... and yes, gsp, I guess we do have similar powers... given, I'm more of a Human Torch type and you control it. ooh! Wanna be enemies? Enemies who can't hurt each other! That'd be great.
Maria woke again, and half expected the whole thing to have been a dream. But, once again, she was disappointed. When she opened her eyes, she found that everything was still green, and that she was still covered in scales.
“Great,” she muttered to herself.
Standing up and looking around, Maria saw a few other people lying on the grass outside a solid stone wall. Well, people wasn’t really the right word for them. Mutants might have been a better one.
As she watched, the ‘people’ began to stir.

Adrian (I know I kinda switch away from third person here, sorry. This way is easier.)
I swore loudly. I thought that had been a guard, and I had tried to land on him so I could then escape. I rolled over, muttering apologies. He made a hissing sound, and I was engulfed in flames. The guards that had been chasing him screeched to halt, watching. I reacted on instinct, erupting in flame and sending a fireball at his face. The floor, fortunately, was stone, but the ceiling rafters weren't so lucky. The lowest ones hissed and sparked. I was ready to jump out of the way for them to fall, but the other boy murmured something, and they abruptly stopped burning. Seizing the opportunity, I flew into the air and sped down the corridors, looking for a way out. I heard the boy's steps clomping not very far behind me, obviously intent on revenge.
The first thing Dylan saw when he opened his eyes was the ground. Not the white, clean floor of the Experiment House, but dark, muddy dirt. Dirt. He was outside, obviously. He heard a noise behind him and rolled over, grimacing as his head pounded again.
Ah, they're stirring ... He heard a trail of thought come from in front of him. He groaned aloud; he was either crazy (which seemed very possible right now) or he had developed a power from the drug (but in that case, surely he wouldn't be dumped outside like a ... mutant).
Ah, the green skin. Cracking open his eyes, Dylan nearly groaned again as he saw a green arm in his vision. "Wasn't a dream then," he muttered.
Tendrils of thought were still sounding around him, but they were like a murmur of voices; he wasn't concentrating on them so they weren't that clear. There must be more here, Dylan realised. He sat up slowly and looked around.
They were in a grassy area, right next to the wall that surrounded the Experiment House. Dylan looked to the left, and saw the beginnings of a woodland, which rose up on a steep incline. He could see that later up the hill it was more of a forest than a wood. They were at the back of the Experiment House.
That settles it then, he realised, this is where they dump the mutants.
A cough came from his right, and Dylan turned around quickly to see another mutant standing up, looking straight at him. Her skin was green, like his, but covered in scales. Dylan tried to focus in on her thoughts, figuring that even if this 'mind-reading' was a hallucination, it was a pretty useful one. Her mind was quickly moving, he couldn't focus in on one thing. So many thoughts. He narrowed his eyes as, in her mind, he heard his name sound. Dylan ... Is it?
Who is she? he thought, someone I came here with, obviously ... Oh.
"Maria," he said, hesitantly.
((Right, guys, I would like to start this again. You've been veeeery good at keeping the DT going, but this seems to have declined slightly? No problem. I'm back! ))

Ah, Maria thought, seeing the mutants gathered around her begin to move. They’re stirring. She began to wander about, looking at the faces, and wondering if she knew any of them. Suddenly, from behind her, she heard a low voice muttering.
“Wasn’t a dream then,” it said. Maria’s reaction was startling. She spun to face the speaker, her eyes snapping onto him in an instant. Her teeth bared, and she felt like her heart was going a hundred miles an hour. When she realized that the mutant speaking was not going to attack her, she instantly relaxed. All of this happened in less than a few seconds, and as soon as the fight-or-flight feeling was gone, it was replaced by annoyance. Why was she so damn jumpy? She shook her head and focused on the mutant in front of her.
He didn’t seem to have noticed her bizarre actions a moment ago, and was rather gazing around the area. She coughed quietly to attract his attention, and was instantly pierced by blue-grey eyes. Where had she seen those eyes before…? Ah. Yes, now she remembered. She had spoken to the man briefly on the way to the Experiment House. Dylan… is it?
“Maria,” he said hesitantly.
“Yes,” she replied, smiling wryly. She offered a hand to help him up. “And it’s Dylan, right?”
“Right,” he said, getting up shakily.
“So, you got it too, huh?” She asked, taking in the full strangeness of the mutation.

*I had to edit this post, because my first post didn't quite fit. Oh, and what exactly does Dylan look like? Appart from the green, I mean?*

I wake up. I walk back to where most of the preople are-should be- sitting. Only about half are still there.
"What happened?" I hissed.
"All the people who didn't remain looking, uh, normal are gone." Someone says. I don't bother, or care, enough to see who it is. Suddenly, I realize something, I can get outside. I should be able to. I search back through my memory to find what the door we entered through looked like. I can't remember. I hiss.
I decide to just walk around until I find a door. The only problem is the guards. Then I remember I can put them in pain. I smile.
I walk towards a set of doors and open them. On the other side of the doors is two guards. I smile, and put them in as much pain as posible. Suddenly, it feels like my limbs are on fire. I push the pain of me. I can't feel anything, but the guards are still writhing on the ground. I catch my reflection in a mirrior, my eyes are glowing red. I stop. The guards gasp in pain.
I walk by, and kick one as I do.
I don't meet anyone until I see another set of doors with light coming through. Six gurads, fabulous. Careful to keep the pain off me, I put them in pain, until they are close to death, than walk out the doors.
Love is beautiful, but what would love be without life?

Uh, his skin has turned into a kind of mottled green, and it's a little tougher than normal, but nothing like scales. Oh, and between his digits there is a tiny bit of webbing.
Oh, and I suddenly realised that Maria and Dylan didn't speak, did they? Oops, he probably shouldn't have recognised her ... Ah well, can't be bothered to change it now. *head/desk*
I will post in a bit. C'mon, guys!
