Hayate-

Dawn was coming, the meeting was long over and now he could run. He shifted into his wolf form. As black as night, except for the front-left paw which was white. Hayate wasn't very big as a wolf, he was small and built for speed. But he had earned the title of Enforcer in the pack. In short the one who did the Alpha's dirty work, only the alpha and second knew the enforcer's identity at any given time. He'd been doing it since he was little, but with his dad gone had had to leave the pack, I mean he was.

"I'm just too cynical." He thought. "Personally I don't give a damn about the vamp wolf war." He turned the corner and started running across a bridge when he stopped. A vampire was talking to a human. Hayate's hackles rose and he bit down a snarl. Slowly he slid into the shadows watching the girl.

Zoe

She sat completely still, she didn't want to be Jared's partner, but nobody was going to ask her, or agree to be his. She bit her tongue her thoughts shifting nervously around. She didn't have any intentions of going anyways so why bother with worrying about a partner?

Having calmed down she turned her attention back to the meeting.

"Well since there is an odd number of vampires I guess I'm not going this year again." She smiled, thinking her plan would work. She'd always hated balls. "I'm just gonna stay here. You okay with that?" She asked the lot, mock seriousness in her eyes.

"Nu-u your coming to I perferable don't want to go eather."Maria shot.

Zoe

"I'll help you two pick out dresses," She opted, "they look better on you guys than they look on me."

"We'll also help you pick yours out."

"I'm not going...I...I have to...." she thought quickly for a good excuse, "work that night."

"You do not," Tobi said, "you're just afraid to get a date."

"So? Not like anybody'd go with me anyways."

I stood up wiping the orange peels off my butt. Idiot Werewolf they were starting to come on my territory when we fought he finally ran away like a screaming little baby. I rolled my eyes and yawned, my fangs came out. I was so tired I couldn't even breathe anymore. I walked out of the alley, still a figure stood, I didn't know what they wanted but they were going to get more than a piece of mind from me.
