What is

What is a wish,
if it is not spoken to the world?

What is a dream,
if it has no end?

What is a want,
if no one knows?

What is love,
if it does not hurt?

What is pain,
if it changes nothing?

What is gain,
if there is no loss?

What is your best,
if there is no worst?

What is life,
if you do not feel?

Very well done. You're grammar was flawless, I think, and the message was clear and blunt. Straight to the point. Job well done =]

This is awesome! If Socrates wrote poetry, he'd have written something like this. Nothing like questioning everything :) Keep it up!

Not really creepy, more honest. Great poem!

I'm so jealous. You have a GIFT!!! A true gift! This poem speaks of truth and the grammar is REALLY good! Good job!
Like a dragon, I'll spread my wings and fly. Fly far away from this hatred planet and fly somewhere deep, where I shall be alone. My imagination is paradise.

I like this piece, and it flowed very well. But the only problem I had was the ending seemed not finished, that might just be me but I feel you could add something that would give the reader more insight and knowledge into the poem. My favorite stanza was:
What is gain,
if there is no loss?

It seemed very true to me and is a key thing in life, thanks for posting! If you decide to change the ending you could pm me and I would review this piece again. If you decide you like it better the way it is though that's alright too! I enjoyed this piece!
