Ode to my French Teacher

In need of serious grammatical help....the last three stanzas are in French. Feel free to skip the actual stanza and read the translated version below them.

It’s so hard to believe
That soon you’ll be gone
And that we’ll be
With someone new

Our lives will
Never be like
The way they
Have been with you

These three years
Have gone so fast
And yet, so many memories
Have been made

All the laughs we’ve had
All the friends we’ve made
We owe much of it
To you.

There’s so much to thank for
It’s hard to think of it all
There’s been just too many times
That you’ve saved us from a fall

Nous voulons que
Tu sais que tu as fait
Une marque sur nos cœurs
Nous t’aimons toujours

Et parce que tu es
Notre professeur
Nous se sommes
Transformées beaucoup

Nous allons te manquer
Mais, nous ne t'oubliés pas
Maintenant et tout le temps,
tu es notre professeur favori

We want
You to know that you've
made a mark on our hearts
and we will always love you

And because
You were our teacher
We have changed

We will miss you

Hi there! Ok, I couldn't find anything wrong with the flow, the spelling, the French-y-ness, and so forth. Here's my suggestion for punctuation and such:

I just remember that I suck at grammar and punctuation and such, but oh well. Anyway, this was good. Only thing else I really have to say is that the flow was a little bit weird to me. I know that's not very helpful, but I don't really know how else to phrase it. But anyway, I would definitely give this to Mme. Prestano. She'd love it.

I don't like the passive voice here.

"There's" should be "There've" because it's "There have been just too many times." Also, I was confused as to why you had a rhyme in this stanza. None of the other stanzas have internal rhymes, & I think it makes this one sound awkward and forced.

About the French... I don't know if you want this critiqued, but I did see some mistakes. Maybe you're at a level where you haven't learned some of these things, but I'll mention them anyway.

You should really address your teacher with "vous" because she is an adult. After "voulons que" you need the subjunctive, so it would be "Tu saches que tu as fait". Also, you probably need a period after the third line.

Et parce que tu es

Notre professeur

Nous se sommes

Transformées beaucoup

The verb in the first line should probably be conjugated "étais," but in the translation you're saying she was your teacher, not she is your teacher. The verb "transformer" isn't reflexive, so the last 2 lines should probably read, "Nous avons transformé beaucoup."

Mais, nous ne t'oubliés pas

Maintenant et tout le temps,

tu es notre professeur favori

In the second line, you want the futur conjugation of oublier, so it should be "oublierons".
