Why is your face always stuck in my mind
with my best friends hand tugging on your arm?
You sit in my eyes, and stare right back at me,
what happened to all the those dreams that we had?
Every song that I listen to pierces my brain,
with thoughts of you engulfing my eyes.

Get the friend out the way of our unanimous connection
And continue our journey, together alone.
There’s nothing to do, There’s nothing to see
There’s no where to go, There’s no where to be
I’m just sitting alone, In this empty room
Writing my poem, I’m over the moon

Imagery Imagery Imagery!

This is all that this poem is lacking.
“To awaken quite alone in a strange town is one of the pleasantest sensations in the world.” - Freya Stark

"The trouble with Borrowing another mind was, you always felt out of place when you got back to your own body, and Granny was the first person ever to read the mind of a building. Now she was feeling big and gritty and full of passages. 'Are you all right?' Granny nodded, and opened her windows. She extended her east and west wings and tried to concentrate on the tiny cup held in her pillars."
— Terry Pratchett, Discworld: Equal Rites
