like red wine on
white table cloths,
deceit and love
spread rapidly.
the two coincide,
fuse and merge.
burnt whole;
lies become swirling
cacophony in radiantly treacherous colors.
entangled; hungry fingers,
succulent eyes, lusty lips
mash against one another
in the dark.
the same dark can
mask perfidious fingers,
curious eyes, wine-reddened lips seeking
another.
