Hello,
I just met you in the chat room. Welcome to YWS! I haven't been here all too long myself (less than a year), but I just love this place. I can't wait to see you around. These people are really awesome. Seriously, I was really frightened at first because I didn't know what to do, but there are so many helpful people here. I'd suggest reading as much as possible of the YWS-related topics. I didn't when I first came here, and it ended up causing me to feel quite lost. (Luckily, I had a friend who was already using this site!)
If you have any questions, feel free to ask me, or anyone (cough who might be more qualified to answer questions than I am cough). Also, I hope to see you in the chat rooms! (That place is a serious party, I'm telling you.)
I'll see you around!

Hello and welcome to YWS! I hope you'll enjoy your stay! :D
I don't always write on forums, but when I do, I prefer YWS.

Sharpen your pencil, my friends.

Hello!

Is your username a Hunger Games reference? I love those books, can't wait to see the film. XD

Don't worry if you get lost--there'll always be someone friendly that you can grab and demand directions from, and if you have any questions, you can PM/Wall me or anyone else with a green name, and we'll help you out. :D

In the meantime, have you checked out the lit forums? Reviewing is a quick and easy way to get to know people, and it also means you're more likely to get reviews in return. If you do need a review, just shoot me a message and I'll be more than happy to oblige!

Hope to see around! :D

Every time I’ve gotten feedback that was hard to take it was usually hard to take because there was truth in it and I didn’t like that (or didn’t want to receive it). That’s not to say all harsh feedback is good or that we should be harsh for harshness’ sake, but learning to absorb truth without letting it break your inner core/break you is a lifelong skill that keeps your mind elastic and open to learning.
