I'm not really new. I used to go on this website a lot back when time began. I had stopped writing after Freshman year of high school (chess was my primary objective) and so my writing has become rusty and old. I hope to be able to sharpen my writing skills on Young Writers Society and with you guys' help, I might be able to.

Things about me:
- I play the piano
- Great chess player
- I enjoy playing tennis (it balances out mental and physical activities I do)
- I sometimes play video games as an inspiration to my stories
- 5' tall Asian.

Well, that pretty much sums of me. I'll be happy to answer any questions that pertains to you. Good day.

Hello there, Adimwit!

First of all, Welcome "back" to YWS!
Another member! weee! *squeals*
If you're not new to this website then, are you a member before?

Also, it would be better to ask you some random questions so that people can know you better:

What kind of genre do you mostly write?
Who's your favorite author?
What's your favorite book?

Try to meet other 'aspiring' writers here in Chatroom, just found in YWS Homepage.

Tip for you: Enjoy writing and reviewing other people's work!

Lastly, I'm Asian too and I learned playing piano, so I'm liking it until now! :smt004
Please feel free to PM me for any questions or anything.

Peace out!

Hey Adim

First off welcome back. I hope you can manage to at least hone your skills back to normal. So you can come up with some good yarns for us.
It's cool that you can play the piano. I've mastered the piano pretty much and am now working on guitar. This doesn't really have to do with anything but. Asian's are awesome!!! I have a couple of friends that are asian but I think it's just in general a cool culture.

Anyway I'm especially interested in what you'll write. Hope you can come up with some good stuff.

Welcome to the site (again?) When were you on before and what was your username? Maybe some of use will remember!

Being that the site has probably changed a lot since you were last on, if you have any questions about how something works, feel free to message me!

Oh, and I wish I was any good at playing chess. :( You're lucky for that one.

Hi there! Haha, it took me a second to get your username. XD Anyway, welcome to YWS! It sure has changed a lot in the last few years, huh? But it's still as awesome as ever, I hope you have a lot of fun here-- everybody's really helpful and nice. You're so lucky to be good at chess-- I've been taught to play literally about eight times, but I can't even remember the rules. XDD

Anyway, let me know if you have any questions. ^_^ What kind of stuff do you write? I'd love to stop by and review when you post something. :D Anyway, welcome, and have fun~! :D

Thanks for the warm welcome yuriiko! I was not a member of YWS back when I first visited this site. I used to see some of my classmates use this site and read some stories that they wrote. This inspired me to become a writer too.

Also, it would be better to ask you some random questions so that people can know you better: Sure thing!

What kind of genre do you mostly write? I am unsure of my genre, but I am in the process of writing a science-fiction along with non-fiction attributes. This is just the foundation of my novel that I am planning for NanoWrimo, so I will be able to define it later.
Who's your favorite author? That would be Brian Jacques, because each and every one of his books
What's your favorite book? A very difficult question, but I enjoyed reading the Harry Potter series, Redwall series, and A Series of Unfortunate Events (when I was younger)

Thank you Riveneye! I will be sure not to disappoint you and others on Young Writers Society! My colleagues have already been amazed at my creativity with the structure of the novel and I also hope that you will be amazed with what I will be posting in the next couple of weeks. In the mean time, I will take up the offer to review several works of art and comment if I feel something needs to be changed. Thank you again for the welcome!

Sorry, but I was not member when I first viewed the site. I only glanced at my friends' works and gave them tips to improve their work, as well as become an aspiring writer too.

Being that the site has probably changed a lot since you were last on, if you have any questions about how something works, feel free to message me!
I will and thank you for your help!

Chess is very difficult for many people, but I guess some people find what they enjoy and improve on it like I did.

Coaching is an integral part in determining if you truly feel chess should be a hobby. I am just thankful that I got one of the best chess coaches in the country!

From what my friends are telling me, I am writing a science-fiction with a touch of reality. And definitely stop by, you might just be amazed at how much creativity I have to offer
