Chickens!

Haha, very nice chickens. Rhode Island Reds, right? We have one, and she's a pretty good hen.

1. The sunlight coming through the boards and shining into the hen's comb is a very nice touch, but this photo looks a bit like something you just shot in the spur of the moment. I think the biggest problem is that another chicken's tail-feathers are somewhat obscuring what appears to be the subject of the photo.

2. Again, the scenery is great, but this one seems a little unfocused. It looks like you were trying to get a picture of the wagon, but the chickens got in the way. I would recommend trying different angles to better capture the action.

3. This is probably my favorite. It really does look like they're discussing something, or perhaps gossiping. My only suggestion would be to use caution when photographing facing the sun; it can really mess things up sometimes.

4. Well...this might also be my favorite. The lighting is nice, and the subject of the photo is clearly shown, unobstructed. The hen's pose is great.

5. Again, this looks a bit like a random photo. Also, is that a chick in the white pan, or...?


Apologies if this seemed harsh; I really did like them, and the picture-quality itself was excellent. Whatever kind of camera you're using, it's evidently a good one.

I love photography myself (although i haven't put any photos on the site yet) and think these photos are really well done. The best one for me is... The thrid one down because I love everything about, the lighting, poistion, the everything!

Chicken

Hi DreamingForever, CaptianRandom here,
I loved these, they were so random, my favorite was the last one. Some of them where a little blurry. But all in all it was good, i also loved the different angles it wasn't always the same angle which would have been a little boring. But great job, keep it up.

As an animal lover, I do love these chickens. They are very shiny and well looked after by the looks of it and I do love animals, I think chickens are in my top 10!
Maybe you could try (I don't know if you would succeed) to get a close up of one of the chickens to see their cute faces. It would be a nice touch as well.

Overall, your chickens are really cool and I love your chicken photos. Keep going and produce more!!
