Bush is pure evil.
Homer is a fat guy who sits around messing up and eating donuts.
Frodo, while perhaps having a few mental problems, saved all of Middle-Earth.

Frodo did nothing - it was all Sam's doing that Middle-Earth was saved. And Gollum's. Homer has, at least, saved Springfield *by himself* on several occasions - Homer ftw!

I don't know much about Baggins (Oh! The blasphemy!), and I never trust people I don't know.
