I'm the coolest combination of hippie and redneck that you will ever cross paths with in the great state of Oklahoma and am generally a cohesive person, making friends with just about anyone. I'm in the process of finishing my degree in English and Eng. Ed. at Southeastern and plan to teach and possibly write one day. I have a strong belief that Janis Joplin was one of the most fasinating women in history but not only for her music but in a wider spectrum. I have few hobbies. I'm a ridiculous Boston Red Sox Fan. I watch The Office every week and I love to play tennis, when I have the chance. Along with recreation, I do love the outdoors and summer. If not found far off in the country, I can probably be found at the lake, around good company. I like to play poker and I will beat you, no matter how good you are. Sometimes, people confuse my humor and sarcasm as odd but I think that's a good thing. My Sasser is one of the most inspiring people I've ever had in my life, not only because she's my mother but because of what she has chosen to do with her life and helping others. I could lay on my back, anywhere, and listen to acoustic all night. I'm the oldest twenty-one year old you will ever meet. I love live music and will listen to most any kind; Red-dirt Country is the top spot, the following is the kind of music that hippies dance to, and lastly, you can't go without appreciating some of that 90's rock. But, I really don't like rap music, at all; I believe that it takes away depth from music. I think that everyone should embrace my defintion of a "good taste for music." I like to drink and enjoy myself. I can make some of the meanest fried pickles that you would ever imagine. I do like Gary England and the emotion that he evokes when reading the weather. I met two of my best friends on the T-Ball fields and I don't go a day without seeing them or talking to them; I wouldn't trade them for the world. Where I find my peace is one or two places; The solitude of a backroad with good music and good company or at home with my mother, watching a movie or playing cards in the kitchen. I have a brother and a sister, both of which have children and I adore them. During the summer months, I usually acquire a sunburn that will never go away. When laughing, I usually do so hard that I cry. I have also came very close to beating the game Tetris and will achieve that recognition one day. Honestly, I miss being a kid. I love HGTV and setting on my ass.
