20 years later, and I'm still figuring myself out (aren't we all). I've lived in the backwards Midwest to the laid-back West Coast. I was uprooted from perpetual sunshine to all four seasons up in the high deserts of Oregon. I went from the bustling, overexposed empire of America to the underestimated and deeply misunderstood country/island/continent of Australia.
Not only have these constant changes of scenery made an impact on my personality, but recently I've experience a change in my family structure, which has majorly altered my viewpoint on life. So I guess I'm starting over once again, only this time it's more internal.
But hey, who hasn't started over with themselves? Especially when they've just exited their teens. More than one new beginning has come my way, and I'm ready to face it head on...unless I'm too busy being a sloth, that is.
