About VedaLove

Well, geeze.
I spend so much time writing about other people, how do I write about myself.
I guess I should start with my name: Vesta Veda was the name I was giving at birth. Tag on the sir name Kerns, and that’s me. I respond to Vesta, Veda, VedaLove, V, and Hey Kid.
I guess my passion for story telling started at a very young age. I always had intricate story lines and characters when I played with my Barbies and dolls. I would always pick up where I left off. There was only one step from taking my role-playing games and writing them into stories. So, at age 12 (I know that’s a late age, but I loved my stories) I put away my dolls and picked up a pin.
I started writing this epic vampire tale in the 7th grade. It was just snips of what my characters did and who they were. No plot, plan, or real thought. It was just writing. One day, in the summer of ’07, I decided to type some it up.
That was when my Story began. I rewrote EVERYTHING. The only things that were the same where two character names, it not even about vampires. Some people may say it’s a new story, but I don’t.
I wrote for about a week, skipping meals and only talking when I had to.
Two years later I have a 100 page Story and an edit, which only covers half of my first draft, which is also 100 pages long.
My Story doesn’t have a proper title; I just called it Story for so long it stuck.

About me:
I’m a 15, almost 16 year old student. I attend a charter school in Klamath Falls, Oregon. If you meet me, I’ll probably be surrounded freaky looking kids with 3-5 novels in my backpack and a notebook in hand. And I wouldn’t change it for the world. I like to listen to other people. It gives my insight to how other people think and possibly a character.
My personal rules for writing:
1] Never base a character off someone you know personally.
2] Character exploits are a MUST.
4] Drink lots of waters and don’t forget to use the bathroom.

I’m a friendly kid, write me up. I’d LOVE to chat.

Haha, obviously I can’t write something short.

I do not use my siblings as the cleaning equipment.
