Ryder I bite the inside of my lip and think, hesitating before standing, "I'll be right back. I have to get something to eat."

Ryder I flash a smile and sit back against the tree, glancing at her before facing forward again.

Ryder I plop down beside her and sigh.

Ryder I lead her back into the forest, silent.

Ryder I nod, "I'll go back when you're settled. I don't wanna tire you out."

Ryder I kind of am... I nod and help her out of the room, walking with her outside into the dark.

Ryder I hesitate before nodding back and wrapping around her waist for support, "C'mon then. We'll have to be careful and quick. Should we get food first?"

Ryder I watch her, hesitating before standing as well in case she needs me.

Ryder I sit at her side and sigh, nodding back.

Ryder I study her, "Hey. You feeling better or no?"

Ryder I wake a little after she does, moving off and shifting human again.

Ryder I keep still in my sleep, dreamless.

Ryder I close my eyes and allow myself to fall back asleep.
