"I don't know." Jace shrugs, finishing his drink. "What do you think we should do?"

"It doesn't have to be huge, Rayah, but we have to do something." Jace smiles.

"Well, we'll have to think of something." Jace says. "17 is a big number. Almost as big as 16."

"Happy early birthday!" Jace smiles, kissing her. "What are you going to do for it?"

"Cool." Jace says. "It's still weird though."

Jace swears. "That's weird. What am I in Olympian years? Still 17?"

"He's eighteen?" Jace asks. "As in, eighteen thousand years old?"
