He looks at her as she sits next to him. "Don't you have a boyfriend?"

He glances down, awkward.

"I said, you're cute too, just way cuter than me." He flashes a smile.

He flashes a smile again and looks away, blushing a little. "I-Thank you. You're cuter than me a longshot."

"I'm cute?" He asks, flashing a smile. "Is that what you said?"

He coughs, slipping his phone away, and looks up at her. "W-what?"

He clears his throat and shifts in his seat, checking his phone again as well. His brother sent another message, close to nagging status by now.

He glances away, remaining quiet.

He reads the cover and nods, getting the feeling she didn't want to be disturbed any longer.

He flashes a smile. "I know that. I meant what book is it."

He glances up and sees that she has a book. "What's that?"

He hears her move but tries to ignore it, not wanting to give her anymore reason to think of him as weird.

Was she trying to get his attention? He closes his eyes and tries to clear his mind.

His eyes are drawn once again to the movement of her hand before he snaps out of it and forces himself to look down, wondering what the hell was happening ...

He studies her before sighing as well.
