Alex I watch Faith, not really having an opinion, "The secret is safe with us. We've got our own to keep. One wouldn't come out without the others."

Jace I groan and stand, running a hand through my hair.

Jace And this is going to kill me. I hesitate before dropping and doing it, closing my eyes and remembering as I do.

Alex "Wait, what will you be doing for us?" I ask, looking at her.

Jace I change and am practically dragged outside. I stand awkwardly by the door, praying to be struck by lightning or anything that would get me out of this.

Jace And I think I'll skip this one. I turn around to head out when the coach catches me, making conversation while herding me to the locker room. Or not...

Jace The bell rings and I stand up, wandering around the halls a few times before finding my next class. P.E. Oh sh*t.

Jace I sigh and try to take notes, though I don't really know what's going on.

Alex I relax when the ice melts and glance back at the door to make sure it's still shut, holding Faith closer but staying silent.

Jace Around third period, Rayah shows up in classes. I glance at her before focusing back on what the teacher is saying.

Jace The second bell rings and I look at Rayah, realizing she probably isn't going to wake up. Sighing, I shake my head and head out without her.
