Nic I watch the two before Jace squirms out of my grip and waddles over to Rayah, sitting in front of her confused.

Nic I glance at the new Rayah before holding Jace closer and hoping he'll take things well.

Nic I glance down at Jace, "But... that's her whole childhood. Shouldn't you let her just live it out while she can?"

Nic I glance at her, confused, "Wait... what? A teenage girl? How?"

Nic I watch them walk into the bathroom before focusing back on Jace as he messes with the zipper of my jacket.

Nic I watch the two and scoop Jace into my lap when he wakes, wiping his eyes for him. "Uh oh," he mumbles, yawning as he looks at Rayah.

Nic I feel Rayah's forehead and scoot Jace away so she can sit up, "You're okay, sweetheart. Jackie's right over here."

Nic I pale as she mumbles and tilt my head to the side before glancing at Jackie, "You... how does she know that?"

Nic I lose my smile and watch Rayah, wondering what's going through her head. Jace subconsciously rolls over and cuddles up to her, sighing in his sleep.
