Ryder I wrap an arm around her shoulders, scooting a little closer.

Ryder She scoots closer and I smile again, watching her.

Ryder I look back at her and hesitate before taking her hand again.

Ryder I sigh and look at the TV, wondering what to do.

Ryder "Exactly," I smile wider. "The only reason I'll change is if I find out I've been an a*sh*le all along. Then I deserve it."

Ryder I keep my smile, studying her, "That's good. I don't change for many people."

Ryder I playfully narrow my eyes at her, "Yes, hence my living arrangements."

Ryder I smile, "I'm... mostly respected around here. Punch a few faces in and people start to listen to you..."

Ryder I smile at her and glance around at the kids in the room. They automatically get up and leave us alone.

Ryder I nod, leading her to one of the living rooms and sitting on a couch.

Ryder I let it go quiet for a few steps before clearing my throat again, "Anything in particular you wanna do?"

Ryder I shake my head, looking at her, "No. I'd rather not be, actually."
