Jag I shake my head and walk towards her, pulling out a box of chocolates from behind my back, "Does this make up for it?"

Chance I roll on my back when he leaves, sighing.

Jag I smile when I find it and pay the vendor, hurrying back and hiding it behind my back.

Joseph I nod, "I know. It's just a shock. I didn't think I was capable of that before."

Jag I bolt out of the room and into the town square, looking around for it.

Jag "Oh!" I think of something and stand, slipping a shirt on. "I'll be right back."

Joseph I hold her close and rest my cheek against the top of her head.

Chance I pull away and look at Katie, letting her make the decision.

Jag I narrow my eyes at her and hesitate before kissing her jaw.

Jag I smile and sigh, "How?"

Jag I bite my lip, "So... I won't get lucky then, huh?"

Jag I look at her, "So... what happens now?"

Chance I don't open my eyes or look up, "What?"

Jag I sigh again and look at her, "I thought you knew that too."

Jag I sigh, "It doesn't change anything, Em." After dinner, which I don't know when that'll be just yet, I'm going to disappear for a bit to clean my room ...
