Jace downs the rest of his drink and stands, offering an arm for Rayah. "I would."

Jace smiles at her blushing. "You should know that." He says.

Jace shrugs and kisses her. "You aren't."

"You aren't crazy." Jace smiles. "I don't know how I can look different, but you aren't crazy."

"Oh, he kind of fell in love with an elf that came in here and followed her right out." Jace says. "Haven't seen him since yesterday."

"Oh, well get some sleep then." He says.

Jace chuckles. "You're happy about that?"

"No, it's normal for him." Jace says. "He won't go over the top with his stupidity anyway."

Jace shrugs. "He's thinking about Sam again, which means he's bound to do something stupid soon, but he's kind of been like that for a while now."

"I missed you too." Jace says. "I went to check on Nic for a day or so. I didn't know what to do here."

Jace isn't sure what to say to that, looking at his drink before speaking. "Why?"
