Jace high-fives Rayah before kissing her quickly. Nic pretends to gag again.

"Oh." Jace nods. "Is that a good thing?"

Nic laughs as she runs into the bar, breaking his silence, and Jace opens his eyes to find her away from him. "Whoa. What'd you do?" He slurs.

Jace nods, waiting for her to flip the shield up.
