Ky glanced around, as if that would orient her. “Huh… I must be really turned around. We’re close to there?”

“… does this chimney meet up with one of the others? Or how does it vent discretely?”

“I like a little honey in mine. But I don’t mind it any way.” She smiled. “I’m not too picky.”

“And every combination of cream and sugar and honey besides.”

“Probably smart.” Ky nodded and stepped back into the main hall, then strode into the kitchen.

Ky nodded to her and followed her out. “I’m slowly expanding my palate, though. I never drank tea when I was a kid, so I’m still exploring.”

Ky nodded. “He had six kids, then?”

“…which generation was this built for?”

She took a moment to take it in, then walked down the hall and opened the door next to it.

Ky smiled, pushing the door open and holding it for her. “They feel lighter in my belly.”

Ky nodded and glanced at the door to her right, then tried to open it, curious what was inside.

Ky furrowed her brow and strode further down the hall, glancing around. “… they’re individual rooms?”

“I like berry teas, ma’am,” Ky murmured. “Though I like any! I just… particularly like fruity ones.”

Ky watched him with a furrowed brow, then reluctantly decided it’d be embarrassing for him for her to watch, so she turned back towards the door. She pressed her own ...

“Yes ma’am.” Ky smiled and nodded to her, taking a step back to clear the path for Constance towards the door. “Let’s!”
