Rayah I open one of my eyes, glancing at him, "What?"

Halee I sigh, "I didn't mean it that way. I meant coming back to see you was a mistake. Not us ."

Rayah I bite my lip, you can't kiss him. I pull back and close my eyes again, sighing.

Halee I look away as I cross one foot over the other, "I do love you. Always will."

Rayah I open my eyes and look at him, tracing the outline of his lips with my finger.

Halee I study him, my wings annoying me.

Rayah I smile, cuddling his arm.

Halee I nod slowly, awkward as I close the door behind me.
