    Hey, Lindsey! It's Amanda; I guess I somehow wound up finding you. Thanks a lot for referring me to the site; it seems that almost everyone has feedback, so I'm hoping that I will get some (much needed) feedback as well. My editor/friend is relentless with her criticism... :x, but maybe this will change things. Well, I'm off to learn the ups and downs of the site! Thanks again!

Poetry is my cheap means of transportation. By the end of the poem the reader should be in a different place from where he started. I would like him to be slightly disoriented at the end, like I drove him outside of town at night and dropped him off in a cornfield.
